About Me

I help health and wellness practices build websites and marketing materials that reflect the quality of their care — so the right patients can find them, trust them, and feel supported before they ever walk in the door.

I think about the whole picture, not just a website, but every part of the experience a patient encounters before they ever walk through your door. The first Google search. The homepage. Whether the site makes it clear enough to book an appointment. The intake form. The email they get before their first visit. All of it shapes whether someone arrives already feeling like they're in the right place.

I care about this work because I've been on the other side of it.

In my early twenties, I started dealing with a range of unexplained health issues. I saw doctor after doctor without real answers, and eventually just learned to live with it. It wasn't until I found an integrative doctor, one who asked enough questions to know where to dig deeper, that things started to shift.

Once I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, I became more deliberate about who I brought onto my healthcare team. I wanted providers who understood my full picture and would consider what I was already managing, not just the thing I came in for. Over time, navigating that search made something clear: it can be really hard to tell, just from a website, whether a provider is the right fit. Even with a personal recommendation, an unclear or outdated online presence added to the uncertainty I already felt as a patient. It made it harder to take that first step and to feel confident enough to book that first appointment.

That experience showed up in other ways too. After emergency surgery for ovarian torsion, the surgical team cleared me and moved on. My primary care NP pointed me toward pelvic floor PT, but finding the right one was still on me, which meant more websites, more trying to figure out who to trust.

It's why I think about every touchpoint, not just the homepage, and why I care so much about making the process feel clear and welcoming. I know what it means to be the person on the other side, trying to figure out if this is the right place.

I also bring a perspective most designers don't have. I spent several years as a Marketing Director inside a chiropractic and integrative health clinic, handling everything from graphic design and social media to patient communications and print materials. I've seen what it actually takes to run a practice, communicate with patients, and keep everything feeling consistent across a waiting room, a website, a referral card, and an appointment reminder. That inside view shapes how I approach every project.

I work best with providers who are thoughtful about their patients — who want them to feel heard, supported, and clear on what to expect — but whose current marketing doesn't yet reflect that.

If you're someone who takes time with the people you serve and wants that to come through before anyone ever books an appointment, we're probably a good fit.

You know your patients and your practice far better than I ever will. I bring the strategy, design, and whole-picture thinking. Early on, I need a lot from you. The more I understand your work, the better everything that follows will be. From there, your involvement becomes less intensive. I'll check in when I need your input or your eyes on something, and take care of the rest.

A few things about me

  • I love to travel to places with mountains + trees + water. Bend, OR & Asheville, NC are two of my favorite places.

  • I love visiting local farmers markets when we travel.

  • You’ll usually find me with a cup of jasmine green tea nearby.

  • In my free time, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my husband, Eric, and dog, Bear (a crazy smart aussiedoodle who loves food, nose work, and barking at squirrels. You may get to meet him on a Zoom call at some point.).
