Squarsepace has a great chat feature and they reply quickly to emailed questions. And you can often find the answers you need with the Help Desk, without needing to contact anyone.
While Squarespace has many benefits, at the moment it’s not ideal for large online stores or building online courses. And even though Squarespace offers email marketing, there are other, better options that still integrate well with your Squarespace website. Squarespace is always making updates, so maybe we’ll see improvements to these options in the future.
