One Day Intensive
Some things don't need a multi-week project. You have something specific you need done, and you'd rather work with someone who knows this space than figure it out on your own.
We'll map out priorities ahead of time and spend a focused day making real progress — whether that's design updates, new templates, launch prep, or something else entirely.
Full Day: $1100 / Half Day: $600

Select your day, sign a contract, and pay the deposit to officially reserve your spot.
Complete prep work ahead of time so we’re ready to go when the day begins.
What to Expect During the Day
Each project is different, but your input matters. Some days involve real-time collaboration; others are more focused on building what we’ve already planned. You'll need to be available throughout the day to review and approve key decisions. Timely feedback keeps things moving.
After Your Intensive
You’ll have a 7-day support period for follow-up questions and small adjustments related to the work completed during the intensive.
What types of projects can we complete in a One Day Intensive?
Every intensive is scoped ahead of time, so we're focused on what can actually get done. During your consult, we'll talk through your priorities and figure out the right fit.
One Day Intensives can be good for:
A Simple Website: up to 3 pages, scoped and planned ahead of time
Website Updates: new services, restructured pages, improved usability
Launch Preparation: branding and setup for a new service or program
Print Collateral: business cards, patient handouts, or referral materials
Canva Templates: social media, blog, or other branded templates
Platform Setup: Branding and setup within scheduling, email marketing, or other tools

The intensive doesn't include guaranteed deliverables, but we'll clarify a realistic plan beforehand and focus on your highest priorities. Most people are pleasantly surprised by how much gets done in a focused day.

That's fine. The intensive is time-based rather than deliverable-based, so we can work on additional pages if time allows. During our consult we'll talk through what's most important to tackle and set expectations accordingly. If your website needs are more extensive, I may recommend a full package instead.

You'll complete prep work beforehand so we're ready to go. During the day I'll need your feedback at key points, but you don't need to be sitting at your computer the entire time. Being available to review and approve decisions as they come up helps keep things moving.

We'll use whatever works best for you — email, text, or messaging. I'll share updates or visuals when I need input so you can confirm direction quickly.

In some cases we can split the intensive across two days. I'd complete the bulk of the work on day one and share it with you by end of day. You'd review overnight and I'd use your notes on day two to make final updates. It's not ideal for every project but we can discuss whether it fits your situation.

We'll end the day with a clear picture of what's complete and what's still outstanding. If additional work is needed I'll give you guidance on next steps, or we can talk about scheduling a follow-up intensive.

A half day option is available at $600 for smaller, focused projects. We can talk through what makes sense during the consult.
