  • It's not a formal audit — it's a conversation that happens throughout the project. Early on we'll talk through how patients contact you and book appointments, since that affects the website directly. Later we'll look at the touchpoints beyond the website — confirmation emails, intake forms, what happens after the first visit — and make sure the whole thing makes sense as one coherent experience for both the patient and the provider.

  • It can be, but it's designed with established practices in mind. If you're earlier in building your practice and not ready for this level of investment, Brand Foundation is probably the better starting point.

  • More than the other packages, and that's intentional. This is a collaborative process — the more you're able to share about how you practice and what matters to you, the better the result. That said, I'll always tell you what I need and when. There are stretches where I'm heads down and don't need much from you at all, and when I do need input I'll be specific so it doesn't take more of your time than necessary.
