Packages & Services

Your patients are out there looking for exactly what you offer. The question is whether they can recognize you when they find you.

Every project is different, but the lens is always the same: what does your online presence communicate to someone who doesn't know you yet, and is it working the way it should? How deep we go from there depends on where you are and what you actually need.

  • Illustration of a computer and phone, symbolizing responsive website design and strategy

    The Whole Picture

    Starting at $4,000 | Timeline: 5-7 weeks

Your care is good and your patients know it. But something about what a new patient can tell from your online presence isn't quite keeping up. This is where we look at all of it.

  • Map icon symbolizing a clear, guided starting point for branding and website setup

    Brand Foundation

    Starting at $2,500 | Timeline: 4-5 weeks

Something about your current presence isn't reflecting the practice you've actually built. This is where we figure out what makes your practice yours and build something that shows it.

  • Checklist icon representing focused, strategic design support for One Day Intensives

    Simple & Clear

    Starting at $1,000 | 2-3 weeks

You need a website — clean, professional, and done. Not a months-long project, not a default template with your name on it. Just something that shows up the way you actually do.

One Day Intensive

$1,100 | 1 day

You have a specific thing that needs to get done. We'll map out priorities ahead of time and spend a focused day making real progress — whether that's design updates, new templates, launch prep, or something else entirely. Explore One Day Intensive

Not Sure What You Need?

That's a pretty normal place to start. Tell me a little about where you are and what you're trying to solve, and I'll help you figure out what makes the most sense or point you toward a helpful resource if now's not the right time.

Need Something Different?

These options can stand alone or layer onto any package, depending on what you need.

  • Sometimes a project calls for something beyond the website itself. These can be added to any package or handled in a One Day Intensive:

    • Business cards and info/referral cards

    • Patient handouts or take-home materials

    • Intake form design

    • Google Ads setup and launch

    • Social media templates (branded Canva templates to use yourself)

    • Patient education content

    • Blog content strategy

    • Referring providers materials

    • Monthly maintenance (let's talk)

Not sure if what you need is on this list? Just ask.

  • A thoughtful, fully custom visual identity designed to reflect your values and connect with the patients you most want to reach.

Many clients already have a logo and don't need this. But if your project would benefit from a full visual identity — primary and secondary logos, color palette, font pairings, and a mini brand guide — this can be added on to any package.

  • I occasionally take on ongoing work for past clients and aligned businesses — a small number of spots, prioritized for people I already know and work well with.

 FAQs

  • You know your practice better than I ever will, so the content needs to come from you. That said, you won't be starting from a blank page. I'll give you prompts and structure to work from, and once you have a draft, I'll shape it into something that works for the web and sounds like you. If you're not a natural writer, that's okay, we'll work through it together.

  • Yes! Squarespace is built to be manageable, and I'll make sure you know how to handle basic edits before we wrap up. If you'd prefer ongoing help, I keep a small number of spots available for past clients.

  • We'll agree on a start date that works for both of us — one that gives you enough time to complete your prep work and fits my project schedule. Before we begin, I'll give you a checklist of what to gather so you know exactly what to have ready. Getting that prep done before your start date is what keeps everything on track.

  • The starting price covers what most clients need. If we add pages or custom features beyond the original scope, we'll talk it through before anything changes. Your Squarespace subscription and domain registration are separate — you pay those directly to the platform.

  • If it's strong and consistent, we'll use it. If it needs a light refresh or you need expanded brand elements, we can work that into the project. If you need a full visual identity, that's available as an add-on.

  • Those can be added to any package or handled through a Half or One Day Intensive, depending on scope. Just mention it when you reach out and we'll figure out the best way to include it.

  • It depends on the project, but I'll always tell you what I need from you and when. There are stretches where I'm heads down building and don't need much from you at all — and I'll check in at least weekly so you're never left wondering whether anything is happening. When I do need input, I'll be specific about what I'm looking for so it doesn't take more of your time than necessary.

  • We'll start with a conversation (usually over Google Meet) where I ask enough questions to understand your practice, your patients, and what you're trying to accomplish. From there I'll have what I need to start making decisions. If something comes up during the project that I need clarity on, I'll reach out rather than guess.

  • A revision round is one consolidated list of feedback that I address in a single pass. That means you gather all your notes, send them together, and I work through them at once — not a back-and-forth exchange, and not a redesign from scratch or a change in overall direction after approvals have been made.

  • Photography isn't included in any package, but it makes a real difference — especially at the Brand Foundation and Whole Picture level. I can refer you to photographers I trust. For Simple & Clear projects, phone photos often work well for what we need. If we're working with stock images, we'll use them sparingly so the site still feels like you.

  • No. The branded email template and opt-in form setup is a one-time deliverable. I'll get everything connected and set up so it's ready to use, but ongoing email content and campaign management aren't included.
