Motivity Chiropractic

Motivity Chiropractic is a patient-centered practice focused on helping people move and feel better in their everyday lives. I’ve worked with Motivity Chiropractic since the beginning—starting with a simple, single-page website and gradually expanding their digital presence as the practice grew.

As the business evolved, the focus remained consistent: making it easy for patients to find care, understand services, and take clear next steps—especially for new patients navigating chiropractic care for the first time.

My Role

My work with Motivity Chiropractic has been collaborative and iterative, adapting as the practice’s needs changed over time.

I initially designed a basic landing page to support early growth, then continued to expand and refine the website, photography, and marketing support as the practice became more established.

My role has focused on patient-facing clarity, particularly for new patients, while respecting and working alongside the internal systems already in place.

What I Work On

Squarespace website

Ongoing expansion and refinement of the website, beginning with a single-page site and growing into a more complete, patient-friendly experience as the practice evolved.

New patient online scheduling

Setting up Acuity Scheduling specifically for new patient appointments, creating a clearer and more accessible booking experience alongside the practice’s existing EHR system.

Patient intake pathways

Designing website pages and forms to help current patients submit information and request access to their ChiroHD accounts, without managing the EHR system itself.

Photography

Planning and capturing photos of the clinic, team, and services to support the website and patient-facing marketing materials.

Search and paid traffic support

Supporting Google Ads and occasional Facebook ad campaigns.

Social media setup and content support

Creating foundational templates and initial content to support consistent communication.

The Outcome

Motivity Chiropractic has a digital presence that has grown alongside the practice—starting small, expanding intentionally, and continuing to support patient clarity and access to care.

Through ongoing collaboration, the website and patient-facing systems evolve as needs change, without sacrificing usability, trust, or ease of use.
