MoveWell Mobile Therapy & Performance provides concierge physical therapy services in patients’ homes and at partnered gym locations throughout the Birmingham area. After handling much of the early setup himself, owner Aaron was ready for support that could help clarify the brand, improve the website experience, and support sustainable growth.

I partnered with MoveWell to strengthen their digital presence, bring greater consistency to their branding, and create systems that better supported both patients and day-to-day operations

My Role

My work with MoveWell focused on patient-facing clarity and practical marketing support.

After designing a more user-friendly Squarespace website, I supported branding consistency, streamlined communication tools, and assisted with targeted marketing efforts during key growth periods. The goal throughout was to make it easier for patients to understand services, book appointments, and stay engaged—without adding unnecessary complexity behind the scenes.

What I Worked On

Website design and platform transition

Transitioning the original Wix site to Squarespace and designing a clearer, more approachable website to support patient education and booking.

Brand consistency and communication tools

Creating a branded Mailchimp email template and helping standardize visual elements across digital and print materials.

Printed and downloadable materials

Designing referral cards, a services menu, and downloadable resources for partnered gyms to help promote MoveWell consistently across locations.

Gym partnership materials

Designing banners and signage to highlight MoveWell’s partnerships with local gyms.

Search and paid traffic support

Supporting Google Ads and social media ad campaigns during specific growth phases, without ongoing ad management.

The Outcome

MoveWell gained a clearer, more consistent brand presence across their website, email communication, and partner materials. The updated systems made it easier for patients to understand services and take next steps, while giving the business a more organized foundation to support continued growth.
