What it’s Like to Work Together

Every project is a little different, but here’s what the process usually looks like:

Discover: We'll start with a conversation over Google Meet to understand your practice, your goals, and what makes your approach to patient care unique. The more I understand your work, the better everything that follows will be.

Strategize: Based on your needs, we’ll map out a plan, whether that’s a brand refresh, a new website, additional materials, or a deeper look at how patients experience your practice before, during, and after that first visit.

Create: I'll design and build something that feels true to your practice and works for the patients you most want to reach, whether that's a website, print materials, templates, or a combination. I'll bring you in at key points, but I try to do the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your patients.

Launch & Support: After launch I'll make sure everything is working the way it should and that you feel confident managing what we've built together.

My Approach

When I'm working on your site, I'm thinking about the person on the other side of it — someone trying to decide, from a website alone, whether you're worth reaching out to. Whether you'll take them seriously. Whether this is even worth a phone call. That's the experience your site either earns or loses.

When I'm working with a provider, we're not looking sideways at the competition. We're looking inward — at who they are, how they work, what makes their practice theirs. When a website reflects that clearly, the right patients find their way to the right provider.

I don't believe in hype, pressure, or convincing. The right patients are out there looking for exactly what you offer. They just need to be able to find you — and recognize you when they do.
